Acclaimed storyteller and performer Jim Pfitzer presents a one-man play on the life and work of Aldo Leopold.  Leopold was the author of the literary classic A Sand County Almanac and is considered the father of wildlife biology.  The play explores the influences and challenges that led Leopold to write his essays on the effects of human progress on wildness.  The play also portrays Leopold's own transformation as he learns the effects of his policies and changes his mind about how humans manage wild places.  This event is sponsored in part by the Oklahoma Humanities Council, in conjunction with the Oklahoma Wildlife Management Foundation.
