The Pryor Area Arts and Humanities Council will present an exhibit showcasing the Vietnam War and its impact on Mayes County. The exhibit will focus on the history of the war and Vietnam veterans from the community will be present to talk about the war and share their experiences. 
This is exhibit is free and open to the public.

Herchel Avra Performing Arts Center

This program will feature The America's Sweethearts music group and celebrate history through harmony as they sing their way through decades of music similar to the Andrews Sisters of WWII. The event will begin with the presentation of the colors by the Thunderbird Youth Academy honor guard.  Two veterans of the Vietnam War will give a brief history of the Vietnam War together with comments about how USO Shows over the years have been such a morale boost to soldiers overseas and away from family and friends. Art created by disabled veterans in the art therapy program at the Veteran's Hospital in Claremore will be on exhibit the night of this program.
This program has a ticket price of $20 for adults and $10 for students and veterans.
