Event Details

Over the past spring, summer, and fall, five small towns in Oklahoma explored and reflected on the responsibilities of citizenship when they hosted Voices and Votes: Democracy in America, a traveling exhibit from the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Steet (MoMS) program. On December 14, 2024, the tour will open at its last stop, the Bethany Library.

Opening Day Activities:

• 10:00 AM - Introduction

• 10:30 AM - Ribbon Cutting

• 10:45 AM -Student Essay and Art Contest Winners Presentation

• 11:00 AM - Mattie Mallory Story With Bethany Children's Center

• Noon - Flag Ceremony

• 1:00 PM - Armed Forces Band Performance
