One Place, Many Nations: Acknowledging the 39
Event Details
"One Place, Many Nations: Acknowledging the 39" is an exhibit that honors the 39 tribes who call Oklahoma home and contribute to our dynamic cultural fabric. The historical, economic, and political forces that brought these tribes into this landscape laid a foundation for a vital social environment, yet for many Oklahomans these unique tribal identites remain invisible. This exhibit will elevate public knowledge about tribal diversity. It is open to the public and does not require admission during First American Museum's regular operating hours. The museum is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, the museum is open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The museum is closed on Tuesday.
