The Oklahoma Historical Society will host a book discussion and signing for Washita Love Child: The Rise of Indigenous Rock Star Jesse Ed Davis by Douglas K. Miller. Dr. Miller is a professor of history at Oklahoma State University specializing in twentieth-century Native American history. The event will include refreshments and live music and celebrate Davis's legacy as a versatile guitarist who backed icons such as Bob Dylan and John Lennon.
